I love their burgers - only I ask for A1 steaksauce, sauteed onions and mushrooms and cheese.  :)

Morning - I actually got in earlier than I have been this morning because I couldn't sleep!!  UGH!  Of course, I get here and can't do anything...AGAIN!!!  I hate waiting for someone else to do something before I can do it!!  And then they'll ask why it takes me so long!  Sheesh...

Today, I'm trying to be grateful, so I'm grateful...

1.  That I got some major cooking in last night, so there are leftovers for a few days for Mike since I'm supposed to be going to NN tomorrow morning.  I made pork loin seasoned with olive oil and pesto sauce, sauteed yellow squash w/onions and mushrooms, quiche lorraine (with a crust...sorry Tia), and coconut protein muffins.  I may just cook one more meal to tide him over.

2.  I know I say this a lot, but for my wonderful friends gathered from this very board.  You all are the BEST!!!

3.  That I was able to get my windshield wiper fluid controls put back in working order.  Took maybe 10 minutes and the guy that fixed it couldn't imagine how the previous person got it wrong.  He made me test them before I left just to make sure...like I wouldn't have anyways!!  Yay!

That's okay, Mike can have the crust.  Actually, even in my pre-op days, I wasn't a fan of pie crust - give me the filling any day!  I guess that's why I also prefer the frosting on cake as opposed to the cake itself!!!  Ooooooh, the pork loin sounds yummy!!!

HOW did the protein muffins turn out?  If they're dangerous, I don't wanna know it!!! LOL!!!

I'm glad they got your wipers fixed - that was very weird!!  Yet strangely entertaining!!!  LMAO!!

Mike doesn't like quiche..he really only likes his eggs overeasy and then not very often!  The crust is all mine.  LOL!  Since I can't eat much anyway, I figure it's not horrible.  I love pie crust but prefer frosting over cake...figure that one out!  HA!

They turned out much better than the blueberry ones.  I'll post a recipe.
