Terrific Tuesday!

Good Morning Maryland!

And how is everyone on this beautiful Sunshiny day?   It's unreal this weather we are having!

Today is SDDS....  but then that's how it is when you are a grown up I guess.

I got to work about 6:45  and will work a 10 hour day, then to the vet to pick up Hannah's meds (I have to go every month the DEA does not let the vet give me more than 30 days phenobarbatal for her)
then I have to go to BJs for some supplies but since I spend so much there I get points on my card and I have a $20.00 check to use for more supplies.  I end up getting paid to spend money I don't have to spend if you know what I mean...

My fluid intake is great... my food could be better... last night I had a  Rita's sugar free ice with fat free soft serve.....  not a great treat but better than something full of fat and sugar I guess....

Often I think we delude ourselves into thinking we are eating healthy when we want something that we know is not good for us.

So what's everyone got planned for this beautiful day.

don't forget tomorrow is Lunch at Al Pachinos I can't wait to see Danielle and Angie... who else can join us?

Have a great lunch today and give Dani and Angie both HUGS from me. ;o) I wish I could do lunch! Today is a BUSY one for me.

and I guess at 7 i'm cheery because I've been up for 2 hours already....

Good Morning Nessa,

I have the house all to myself for a few days what a treat, went to the library yesterday and picked up a few books. Dinner will consist of me and my pooch sitting on the deck eating a nice salad and reading a book.

Hopefully my case review will not last too long tomorrow and I will be able to meet you and Angie for luch tomorrow afternoon.

I hope you can make it...  we can go later than 11:30 too... I have a meeting (phone conference) at 10 it usually runs till 12... i hope it's over early but i doubt it.

what books did you get at the library. I have the first two in the Twilight series to read (thanks Kathy) and I'm saving them for post-op.  also I just got a great book on Dillinger and the true untold story of bonnie and clyde...

i think i've been running myself too much with my home improvement stuff. i left work a little early to bring my moosh to the vet cuz his foot is infected. I decided after I got home to take a nap then get up and do stuff. Well, I never woke up from said nap until 2am! I felt horrible and my kitties had no food and my dog probably peed on the floor. I feel kinda crappy now cuz I slept too much. Had some anxiety, missing my ****head of a husband, but I think it will get better soon. Hopefully.

I enjoy most of RITA'S SF Ice... but do not like the FF Custard. I think it has a bitter taste.
My FAVE SF Ice is Mango or Tangerine.
