NOTE:  Don't use the mayo with olive oil - it makes the salads REALLY watery!

I'm very plain with salads

tune- solid white albacore in water with Hellman's and sometimes I add pickles and onions

egg - very plain and chopped up so much it looks like deviled egg filler. I don't like the whites of eggs so It is mostly yellow when I eat it.

chicken salad- which I have been eating a lot of lately....hellmans, celery and of course grapes. I love the grapes in it. On occasion I add slivered almonds.

I am glad you asked this because I need variance in my life!
Here's mine:

Tuna- albacore, light mayo, a tad of mustard, diced onions, small diced celery, sliced green olives, pickle relish, a tad of hots, boiled egg, salt & pepper.

Egg- light mayo, mustard, celery, salt & pepper, and ocassionally sugar substitute.

Chicken- light mayo, a tad of mustard, diced onions, small diced celery, salt & pepper, some hots, pickle relish, and sometimes sugar substitute.

I have only had some chicken salad since my surgery....I am actually making egg salad as we speak!

Albacore, pickle relish, red onions, FF ranch/honey mustard dressing (very small amounts)
chopped celery, and maybe   pickle cubes if I have any in fridge. Tried the Old Bay, but tuna is funny.  It picks up the dominate flavor and thats all you get.  No mayo. Mix let sit for an hour for flavor mixing and put on romain.  I make 4 cans and eat daily for the week.
No chicken.  Had WAY to much on the farm growing up. OD'd on all parts of the chicken
