MONDAY'S FEED BAG
You know, it occurred to me that I never posted what I ate over the weekend - probably because I didn't want to see it in print!! And I've heard several of you say that that's why you don't post on here - and believe me, I understand that!! However, I did SO well over the weekend that I HAVE to post, kind of like a WOW moment for me:
Friday:
B - Protein coffee
Greek yogurt
S - Banana
L - Crustless cheeseburger quiche
Squash
D - 3 chicken tenders (I ordered 4, but couldn't eat them all!)
1/2 order of green beans
Saturday:
B - Protein coffee
Greek yogurt
L - Chicken salad
D - Taco slop (Ground beef, taco seasonings, salsa, black beans, cheese and Greek yogurt)
S - Baked cinnamon ricotta with whippage (Standard baked ricotta - I flavored it with vanilla and s/f caramel syrup and sprinkled with cinnamon - OMG!!!)
Sunday:
B - Protein coffee
Greek yogurt
S - Nectarine
L - Taco slop
D - Crab cake, sliced tomatoes, 1 ear of corn on the cob
S - Baked ricotta w/whippage!!!
As always, all my fluids and all my vits!!!

Yesterday:
Dunkin Donuts Blueberry Coffee OMG YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!
Breakfast~ Cottage Cheese 1 cup (24 grams of protein) with sugar free grape jelly mixed in OMG Soooooooooooooooooooooo Good!!!
Lunch~ 1 slice of cheese pizza
Banana protein shake
Dinner~ Steak and salad
More cottage cheese and few grapes
86 oz water and ice tea ;o)~
Blueberry coffee? ICK!! LOL!!
As far as the cheesecake, Junior's Cheesecake, available through QVC, makes an AWESOME s/f, low-carb one!!!!

and umm yeah I am glad Mike picked the cheesecake over the hot fudge sundae brownie thingy or whatever....cause that would have been dump city baby!! LOL
Friday -
B - 1/2 bullet of protein - chased down by coffee - YICK
L - 1/2 of a chicken breast
D - slices of deli roast beef and two cheese sticks
Des - none
Saturday
B - eggs with Bacon Bits in it and a stick of cheese
L - missed it
D - Thin & Crispy Super Supreme Pizza Hut Pizza - two slices worth of toppings, and about a half a slice of the thin and crispy bread part
Des- none
Sunday
B - missed it
L - 1/2 of a cheeseburger, couple of forks of baked beans - one spoon of mac and cheese
D - most of a chicken breast.
Dess - Blue Bunny NSA Rocky Road Ice Cream
All of my fluids on each day - missed a few vitamins here and there.....
Fri-
B: 1/2 cup tuna salad
L: 2 Chick Fil A chicken nuggets, 3 grapes
D: Can't remember that far back LOL
Sat-
B: Protein shake
L: 1/2 turkey, lettuce, tomato sandwich
D: Iron Birds game, bite of a hot dog, 4 nacho chips with cheese, scoop of ice cream
Sun-
B: 2 poached eggs
L: 3 McDonald's chicken nuggets
S: 3 cheese cubes
D: 1/2 boiled egg, 2 oz. grilled chicken, 2 black olives, celery stick
S: 6 Junior mints
Thanks!!! You and your revised tool inspire me!!! I could always lie on the weekend post, but what's the point in that? I don't lie about what I eat during the week, though. The weekends just scare me sometimes!!! Like avoiding the whoopie pies at the Amish Market!!!! I'm good for now - but WAIT until the pumpkin ones come out!!
I have found that really being strict about things has made my pouch feel "tighter," if that makes sense!!! Whatever!! I'll take it!!!!
