So what's everyone eating?  I've noticed, as I've been really watching the carbs/portions this week, that my pouch feels "tighter" with more "restriction."  Wonder how that could be possible?  Thoughts?

Yesterday:

B - Protein coffee
     Greek yogurt

S - Banana

L - Ham salad (weird - I don't even LIKE ham salad.  lol!  But this was yum!)

D - 3 Chick Fil-A chicken strips

S - Protein shake

All my fluids, all my vitamins!!

I been feeling a lot of restriction since I had surgery.  But I think that was because I didn't eat for an entire week.  I am glad your pouch is working for you.

B- 12 oz coffee   1 bowl cream of wheat cereal

L- Ham & cheese on 1 slice of wheat bread with 2 slices of tomatoe

D- chicken stew with a little bit of white rice.

I had about 6 oatmeal raisin cookies througout the day.  sighhhhh...

All my fluids and vitamins.

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
Those that mind don't matter, and those that matter don't mind.

Honey, I feel your pain.  Um....I'm sure the family loves the cookies, but if they're a trigger for you - they would be for me - I bet the birds would enjoy them more!!  Take the kids to the park and let them feed the birds!!!

I was okay this a.m., until I opened the freezer to get ice for my coffee, and there, staring goofily at me like the Geico eyes, was a 1/2 gallon of cherry vanilla ice cream.  SLAM!!!!

PHEW!!

It's hard!!!!

I can't WAIT for Mom's tomatoes to ripen.  Not sure we'll get as many as we normally do, but nothing beats a homegrown tomato!!  On a white bread sandwich with mayo, salt, pepper

Tia -I think Blue Bunny makes a no sugar added cherry vanilla.............or is it Breyers?

Yesterday:

B - just plain coffee

L - leftover liver and onions - twice.  Got sick the first round - I think I inhaled a piece larger than I was supposed to and it got stuck.

D - Oven fried chicken breast

Dessert - none, was playing with Baby until I got tired.

Thanks, but it doesn't matter - it's a trigger food for me.  I love BB ice cream though!!

Sometimes, leftovers don't sit well in a lot of us.

See?  Baby IS helping you in more ways than one!!

Maybe you're eating more dense protein as opposed to slider foods?  Just a thought.

Yesterday:

B - 1/2 of the usual

L - quinoa salad w/shrimp

S - watermelon and strawberries

S - the other 1/2 of the usual

D - taco slop (ground turkey, taco seasoning, pinto beans, onions, salsa, american cheese, and greek yogurt - all mixed together.  Tastes good but looks like slop)

LNS - skim milk w/splenda

82 oz. fluids, 90g protein, all but one dose of calcium *sigh*

NEXT!!!!

The slop sounds good!  But I guess only to us!!

I think it's that I'm not grazing.  Because MOST of what I eat is dense, anyway.  I really think it's not having something all the time, ya know?
