I hear ya, Julie - I find myself getting into a rut and have to work to avoid the b-words, ya know?

BTW, Mo, Boxer and I were talking about a trip to the Annapolis Target, Whole Foods and lunch, maybe at Cheesecake Factory.  I'll let you know, but it'll be on a Saturday in August, I THINK.  Details to follow when we get our acts together!!!

Argggggggggh !!!!   We have plans to head to Mechanicsville MD for a big parade on August 1.   Keep me posted though, our plans could fall through!

Oh, I just re-read that .. you said a Saturday in August .. not Aug 1 .. lmao ..   DUH .. blonde once again ...

I have the 15th & 22nd open, with possible plans on the 15th, but not confirmed yet.

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished.   Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago.   I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits!   Wherever you are in your journey  ... It's ALL good!!!

Tia - from a lady who has a limited budget (yes I said LADY) - can you tell me like how much you use for the crab quiche and the feta one?

Do you use all of one container, an entire bag of cheese, etc?  All I have is 6 eggs and eyeballs in the previous recipe.  (LOL)

Frankly, I just eyeball it - whatever looks good to me.  In the crab - about a pound of crabmeat.  As for the cheese in any of them, about 6-8 oz., I guess, and I usually sprinkle some on the top.

And of course I consider you a lady!  As far as I know, you haven't scratched or burped in public yet!!!  LOL!!!

Yep...another testament to the deliciousness of the quiches!  I like quiche lorraine also which is just onion, swiss cheese, and bacon (sometimes ham).  YUMMO!!
