Some of my "sisters" gave two tumbs up to my quiches at the beach, so I thought I'd share again with all of you!

Base:

6 eggs
1/2 cup milk (you can use any type)
salt & pepper to taste

Add-ins:

Feta cheese, tomatoes, onions, Greek seasoning
Backfin crabmeat, sharp cheddar cheese, onions, Old Bay
Diced ham, onions, green and red peppers
Diced chicken, broccoli and cheese
Crumbled browned Italian sausage, provolone, tomatoes, Italian seasonings

Spray a 9-10" pie plate with Pam, whisk wet ingredients together, add add-ins, pour into prepared pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes, or until set.

HIGH IN PROTEIN!  You can also use Egg Beaters - 1 small carton = 4 eggs

Im great! Im finally feeling like my old self again (except for the itching incisions) and finally getting back into my old routine. Im ever so greatful to God for pulling me through this experience. Now im trying to focus on maintaining my weight loss for now and then hopefully start losing again but at a slower pace and more healthy. Marty is stalled, he needs a fill and goes back in to see him at the end of this month. He has kick started his exercise though and he's doing really good considering I left him alone in this journey.  Thanks for asking.

We are STILL here for you and will help in whatever way we can.  If it itches from the tape, get some burn ointment (not petroleum based) - it saved my life!

PLEASE keep on coming back!!!  We LIKE you!

Thanks Tia...I have been looking for a breakfast recipe. This I can make up for my family and still take out my small portion to puree.  Think I will make some today.

You're very welcome, Kristin.  Don't worry, pureeds won't last forever!!!  And they're great for breakfast, lunch OR dinner - hot or cold!

Hang in there!
