THURSDAY'S FEED BAG
Good morning! What's everyone eating? I've done really well, crossing my fingers that it continues!
Yesterday:
B - Protein coffee
Greek yogurt
S - Banana
L - (Weird alert!) - Grilled chicken breast, kidney beans, garbanzo beans and red beets - And NO, I didn't mix it all together!!!! I just browsed the salad bar, and this all looked good!!
D - Liver (YES, I LOVE liver!)
Collard greens
All my fluids, all my vits!!!
Next!!!

Great job! You're lunch sounds really good right now as I sit eating my quinoa salad w/shrimp. But on the liver...sorry!
