Three months out!
Well it's been three months now. I am down 53 pounds. I was hoping to make it to 50 for my birthday today and sure did. Off of high blood pressure meds and my A1C of this week came back at 6.1 from 7.7. I am no longer taking my diabetes meds either. My vitamin D did come back low but I just recently had added a supplement in for that.
Gotta work on the protein and liquids!!!!

Congratulations Melissa!! I am so happy for you. I know you must feel so happy and proud.
Keep up the great work and make sure to keep taking the calcium citrate and vitamin D supplements religiously.

and your numbers are awesome. I was told that many if not most folks are Vit. D deficent. In fact, I've already been put on supplements for that and I am pre-op.

I remember when we were both pre-ops at the same time!! You look great and so does hubby. Great job with the gym!
