oh a good facial and a good massage are my favorite treats... I love a good facial your skin GLOWS afterwards... of course about 3 days later I break out but then i'm good for a few weeks...

My simple pleasure was the awesome turnout at my support group lastnight. We had a therapist who is very involved with weight loss and bypass come speak and i think this is something everyone should think about during this journey....they work on our tummy's NOT our heads

I agree 110%, For me, there is no way that I could have any success with WLS without seeing a therapist. There are reasons I am obese,and it's not just I love food or I am always hungry! I personally have to fix my mind in order for me to have long term success. If anyone is interested in a eating disorder therapist, in the Towson area you can PM me. Leslie:)
