Oatmeal?
Sheesh, I go and try the Quaker Weight Control Instant Oatmeal for breakfast this morning.
I had it about an hour ago, and I had two packs of them.
WTF am I doing hungry again?
Is it that the oatmeal lets the weight control us, or is it that it's supposed to help US control the weight?
Gee....(grabbing Black and Blue Sobe out of the fridge thinking of someone in particular that should be.....................)

Checking label - there's 1 g of sugar per package.
I'm going to have to try to get back into the groove of things. Last week, I made a dozen scrambled eggs, and separated them into 4 bowls - and had breakfast a couple times, and lunch once. It was really convenient,. I'll make it a point to do it again. I had a Sam's Club size bag of Bacon Bits - that I used in my Sunday eggs - YUMMO!!!! I still have plenty of the bacon bits left and I sense this will be my breakfast for the next week.
I have yet to get the pie pan to do the quiche - and I so want to try the kishe thing LOL
Tia when you get a chance, let me know the measurements you come up with when doing the crab one; and that one with the feta cheese. No rush - I'm just just thinking about the keeshe!
