I've done really well this week. But the weekend's coming, and for some reason, my brain seems to have given my mouth permission to take off!! I don't THINK so!

S - 3 vegetable crackers from Wegmans
a handful of sweet potatoe corn chips from Wegmans
D - steak, mashed potatoes, mushrooms, brussel sprouts, and blueberries
S - protein bar
LNS - watermelon
82 oz. fluids, 102g protein, all but one does of calcium
