TUESDAY'S FEED BAG
SWEET VICTORY!!!! I managed to stay away from the bad things yesterday!!! Well, kind of.
B - Protein coffee
Greek yogurt
S - Banana w/pb
L - Greek chicken salad
S - Here's where it gets dicey! I was stressed yesterday, and as I was cooking the below, I "saw" the foil wrapped package of brownies I'd made on Sunday. Just one wouldn't hurt, right? WRONG! For me, one leads quickly to disaster, but I could just TASTE the chocolate, you know? So....I opened a pack of cocoa roasted almonds and savored them!!!
D - Cheeseburger quiche (a new concoction using Morningstar Farms's Ground Beef(like) Crumbles, sauteed with onions and sharp cheese) - YUM!!!, mac salad with shrimp (I ate all the shrimp first!)
S - Nighttime carb cravings set in and I wanted said brownies again. I had 2 s/f popsicles instead, and was VERY proud of myself!!!!!
Tell me what YOU'RE eating and more importantly, besides exercise, what YOU do to ward off the carb demons!!

Lunch-Albacore salad 20 grams protein
Dinner- Crabcake and green beans

108 oz of fluid today THANK GOD! All vits except my Calcium I am out. YIKES! LOL
Yesterday:
B- 12 oz coffee 6 oz cream of wheat cereal made with milk, shedds spread and splenda
L- about 8 oz Seafood pasta (crabmeat & scallop in white creamy sauce
S- 1 small orange
D- String beans & shrimp sauteed with onions, garlic & olive oil
S- 1 banana
3 oatmeal raisin homemade cookies. I couldn't stop! Yikes.
84 oz fluids and all my vitamins
