Good morning everyone.

Tia, I am sorry you have had a few bad days.  Hopefully they will get better.
Julie. Sorry to hear about your mom.  She as well as your family will be in my prayers.

Things for Tuesday:

1. Glad to have my babygirl back form her trip.  I really missed her. ( her first time being away from me on her own little vacation.  I guess it's different when I go away and leave her.)

2. Home Interior Candles.  I have one on my desk right now on the candle warmer.  It is very refreshing.

3. That the updates that we had to do manually to over 200 computers is almost over.

4. That I can see my new position coming faster than I expected.  I will finally be making a little more money.

Hope everyone has a pleasant day.

Whom ever said that people who have WLS are taking the easy way out, have never had this experience.  This is a journey and a major challenge.  Step by step I am striving to make it as a loser!!

Thanks, Mercedes!!  It's already a little better - let's hope it continues!!!

Did your girl have a good trip?  I'm sure, even if she never tells you, that she missed you, too!  I'm 42 and I know how much I miss my family when I'm away (even if I DO want to sell them sometimes!).

WAY TO GO ON THE NEW POSITION AND MORE MOOLAH!!!  WOOOOOHOOOOOOO!

Tia

Good Morning  All,

Tia - I am sorry you are having such a tough time at work. I think you are right, hard as it is, to exercise restraint, even when you know you are right. I have to believe that when we are wronged, those who inflict the pain will have to answer for their actions some day and it does not have to be us that makes it happen.

Jule - I am so sorry to hear about your Mom. I am sending prayers for a successful recovery.

Angie - Hang in there!

Darla - It was great having you back at the gym last night. if the Pilates move is the one I was thinking about, we had one leg on a bar behind us and the other leg in front of us in kind-of a split. We then had to make the table move with the front leg, while the rest of our body remained in the proper position - Challenging - Whew!

Jilly - I like banana too. A couple of weeks ago, I discovered these sugar free banana chocolate chip protein muffins at Trader Joe's. They were small, but yummy!

Today, I am grateful...

1 - That I managed to stay busy yesterday. I think the key for me to stay on track is to keep very busy. Hanging out at home is not good for me. So yesterday, I went to the gym during the day and took 2 pool classes and then last night, I had the Pilates Reformer class. I slept wonderfully last night.  I am trying to schedule some more activities for the rest of the week to keep me on this track!

2 - Friends and family - continue to keep me in the right frame of mind!

3 - The weather - I am still enjoying this - Thank you God!
