MONDAY'S FEED BAG
I dont recall Friday lol but Sunday for me:
Protein Coffee with 52g protein
cottage cheese with sugar free concord grape jelly
2 pcs of fish (40 grams protein) and small amount of corn
watermeleon
Steak, baked fries and broc.

Fluids...................16 ounces of coffee................50 ounces of sun tea with lemon (Decaff tea bags and Splenda)
24 ounces of Crystal Light (Cherry Pom)
All vitamins.................WOO HOO!

Friday is foggy to me so here is yesterday's.
B- scrambled egg with cheese and a wheat toast with margerine.
12 oz coffee with a tblsp of Vanilla chai creamer
L- 1 smuckers uncrustables peanut butter & Jelly sandwich
S- 4 slices of peaches from can
D- small bowl of pasta with crab meat & scallops in a white creamy sauce
S- 2 home made oatmeal raisin cookies
80 oz of fluids & all my vitamins.

Friday wasn't the healthiest day for me. But I am able to recall because I've been logging all of my foods into dailyplate.com and it gives the amount of carbs, protein, fat, etc. I highly recommend DailyPlate.com for making sure you are getting the right amount of protein in daily.
Friday:
B- Sausage Egg McMuffin with half the english muffin
L- Steak & Cheese sub (1/2 of a 6") without the bread.
D- 1 slice of Papa John's Thin Crust Pepperoni Pizza.
S- 4 Keebler Club Multigrain crackers w/ 1 slice of Colby Jack cheese.
60 oz. Ice Tea, 20 oz. Coffee, all my vitamins.
Next!
Friday:

I can't remember Friday either - I spent most of my day working at JC Penneys that day. That's all I remember. LOL
Yesterday, even though I did work at JCPenneys too, I had scrambled eggs with bacon bits and Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning for breakfast.
I had a protein bullet for a "lunch"
Dinner I had a bbq'd chicken leg, a spoon of mashed potatoes, and a couple spoons worth of the green beans.
Dessert - NSA Banana Split Ice Cream - (can't ya tell I like it!??) LOL
I have totally forgotten all of my vitamins, I will get back on track (chewing Chocolate chewable citrate right now)
Fluids - I did bad - I forgot my water bottle at work.....I drank 32 ounces when I got home from work last night. Plus another 16 long after dinner.
