I need removal of fat and skin that is for sure but can't afford the expense plus the recovery time off.

the removal of excess skin around the waist ,aomewhat like a pannus removal

I had mine done on a thursday and I was out the following week. I went back to work the Monday after, so a week and a half. but, I healed fast after my RNY, I was back to work 10 days later and after my gall bladder removal, I was at work 3 days later. It all depends on your body. Liten to it carefully and don't try to make it do more than it can.
