Need suggestion
Hi sweetie...................I can't tolerate too much in the mornings so I have my protein coffee and then about an hour later I have cottage cheese which is HIGH in protein. I scoop out a cup of Breakstone's 2% Milkfat Lowfat cottage cheese and add a tablespoon of Polaner Sugar Free Concord Grape Jelly or Strawberry preserves and mix it well. I have became use to the taste and its actually very yummy!!!! One cup has 13 grams of protein and fills you up. My Doc said I CANT SKIP BREAKFAST so this is what I eat now. ;o) Although I did have low fat pancakes with Sugar Free preserves over the weekend..........YUM! lol ;o)
How about a southwest omelette.... eggs wrapped around chili & cheese... maybe some onion, salsa and greek yogurt instead of sour cream. That will get you plenty of protein.
A seafood omelette is another good one.
Kashi Go Lean Cold Cereal
Blueberry Pancakes using Wheat Pancake Mix
Leftover pot roast or steak with eggs... ?
I love seafood and any excuse to eat it works for me so tonight I'm making crab & feta quiche for breakfasts the rest of the week... though it would be great for dinner served with a salad too.

I am one of the odd ones, I eat whatever is left from dinner the night before for breakfast (meat only) I have never been a good breakfast eater, and that hasn't changed much since surgery... On a day where nothing else is left over - I do an omelet in a bag that I got from here...
Use a ziplock freezer bag - combine one or two eggs and whatever you would normally put in your omelet - and boil for 12 minutes. It slides right out of the bag with the goodies inside the eggs! I don't know how it works, but it is good and no fat is needed! I usually use cheese and if I have it ham - we never seem to have fresh veggies on hand though!

This is similar to Angie's suggestion. When we were down the Ocean, Tia brought a couple of homemade crustless quiches. Even though eggs are the base, you can add anything to them. You can also make several varieties ahead of time and freeze the portions. We had one that was crab and one that was Feta. I just bought some ingredients this past weekend to make a sausage, mushroom, and cheese one for myself.

Kashi go lean Crunch cereal (this one tastes the best) 8 grams of serving and has fiber too I have a service size and mix it with yogurt. I am not a fan of greek yogurt so I reverted back to Dannon Light and fit yogurt.
I know eggs get a bit boring but I love scrambled eggs cooked with milk & melted cheese is moist and easily tolerated about 15 grams of protien.
I make a crockpot of navy bean soup with what ever meat I prefer to put in there (beef, chicken or turkey) and sometimes I have that for breakfast too. You get a good amount of protein with that too.
I hope this helps.

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
