FRIDAY'S FEED BAG
I did pretty good this week - SO glad I didn't gain any weight at the beach, and in fact, the scale seems to be moving in my favor!!
Yesterday:
B - Protein coffee
Greek yogurt with strawberries
L - Cheese pizza
S - Crystal Light Strawberry Slurpee
D - Homemade chicken strips
SS (Stupid snack) - Chocolate fudge Pop-Tarts and Diet Coke (HEY! The Diet Coke cancelled out the Pop-Tarts, right??? RIGHT???) *smacking my head*
All my fluids, all my vits - LOTS of exercise up and down steps carrying laundry!!!!

I feel your pain, Lisa, honestly!!! It takes a lot for me to own up to the Pop Tarts!! LOL!!
Like everyone else, especially this far out, I KNOW what to do and I KNOW the right things to eat, and I recognize what sort of food is a trigger for me, but still..............it's a struggle, every single day.
Fortunately, my pouch will let me know who's boss as far as quantity (and I honestly NEVER overeat because I don't want to get sick), but I just wish the good stuff would go down as easily as the bad.
