WOOHOO! Got on the scale today and I was 229! That's 24 pounds gone in just under 3 weeks! (It'll be 3 weeks on Thursday) LOVE my new sleeve! I'm well on my way to ONEderland, which I haven't seen since probably junior high! I know I was in my 220-230's when I was in high school!

Revised to VSG (6/11/09) weighing 253...

That's great Heather! I'm glad your sleeve is working for you! I don't know anything about sleeves; only RNY's and LapBand so I'm happy to hear yours works just the way it should!

Ren, since I've already had a LapBand and know plenty about RNY, I can honestly say that the`sleeve is a happy medium between the two. Instant restriction without needing fills and no malabsorption yet I'm dropping weight almost as quickly as a bypass person yet faster than a banded person. Loving it! The main thing I'll need to do at ONEderland is to buy a new wardrobe LOL. When I get to goal my reward is my winged back piece; aslong as I have the moulah!
