Dr. Kligman - Revision?
First they'd want to know what it was that has changed if anything in your diet, exercise, routine, meds, etc. Even steroids can make one loser gain some weight unintentionally.
Sometimes people stall or gain weight but then keep losing afterwards, so it's something to consider that it could be a temporary blip on the screen.
If they determine that the RNY is not being effective, there are other revisions that have recently come to light. Jillybean posted it under another topic and it's worth considering those options if it's truly the RNY issue and not the patient's issue.

I think he would make you work with Mary B first and try another 6 month weight loss program because you still have your tool honey. Carnie Wilson had gained a lot of weight back a year after her RNY and then lost it all again when she got back on track. It may be very possible without surgery but you can always email Nadja and ask her. She is my go to girl, I email her with all my questions. lol Good Luck to you ((((Hugs))))
Sure thing I Have Mary B's email too. Just shoot me an email to [email protected] and I will send them to yah. ;o) ~Jilly~
