Call or wait?

Ok, Gall bladder sono done, pshyc eval done, nut meeting done, diet done, Do I call Dr Averbach, or wait?

I would wait a few days and then call. It takes time for them to do the paperwork shuffle. Maybe Monday I would start calling and check their progress. I know its so hard to sit and wait but good things come to those who wait. I am not an expert since my paperwork has been sent and they claim they never got it. I will resubmit to Dr. Li.

I'm not the right person to ask.. I've been calling and/or emailing my surgeon's office almost every freakin' day trying to get my approval moving along!

Don't give up girl just stay on them!

I started with Hopkins and they failed me by not giving me a date and lied about a date they gave me.  It cost me all my pre-op tests and my insurance approval.  I fired them and went with another Doc.  I  had to hustle my way through new test but I set the dates and times.  All within 1 week and was on the table soon thereafter.  Its in your hands.  Be proactive and on top of your WLS. You and your premiums paid in are writing their check.

As soon as I was done jumping through all of the hoops I was on the phone with Dr Averbach's office setting a date. It can't hurt to call. For me it's way too hard to sit and wait, I am not a very patient person.
