Is it things that you could eat before that are making you sick now? When did it start?

if everything is making you sick I suggest a call to your doctor.

Yes I had this same problem, and I called my doctor.  He told me to go back to the basics of mushy foods to adjust my stomach and it worked.  As for the inability to satisfy taste I had this too except it was deydration and my Dr said I needed to drink more.  But that in of itself was a hard task, I pretty much had to force myself to do.

Definately call your doctor though and talk to him.  Good luck.

Hi there ;o) I had my surgery 3 months before you honey and that feeling is normal. And I would eat slow and still feel sick or burning. I started to learn quick what I could and could not tolerate. I have not been able to tolerate milk at all since surgery but can take yogurts with no problems. I can tolerate salad really well so add tuna, chicken or crab to it for the protein. I had to go back to soups for about a week but now I can eat almost anything I just still get full FAST! ;o) I hope it will pass for you too honey. Just try everything slow and remember everything has to be chewed so well.

When I was as early out of you I could not tolerate steak.  I did a lot better with steak after 6 months post op.  You definitely have to eat more slowely and eat things that is easier on your pouch.   I couldn't tolerate peas at 3 months post op.  For rigt now just have soft foods to let your pouch recover for a couple of days.

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
