Hey ya'll.. i used to frequent this site all the time.. but it's been over 3yrs since i've been here..

August 8, 2007 i had my surgery.. i was 373... went down to 273 within 6 months... maintained that for about two years.. then this past semester in school got back up to 294. i'm really struggling..

anyways.. I talk to only1nik at yahoo and she suggested i come here... so here i am.. but i'm confused... can we do a roll call? so i can meet everyone? lol...

Hi Lisa! Welcome (back) to the MD OH Board! I had my open r n y last October. I live in Essex and see that you are fairly close to me and Tia. We'll have to get together! We plans a lot of events and support each other.

I'm one of the beach-goers this weekend but look forward to talking with you when we return. I hope you have a great weekend!

Also, Nicole's support group is this evening in Abingdon. Hopefully you'll be able to attend that and get some much needed support. If you go, please tell her that Ren said hello!!
