WEDNESDAY'S FEED BAG
OMG! The last couple of days have been really stressful for me at work, I can feel it all across my shoulders and neck. Consequently, I've been REALLY stupid as far as eating, because when I'm stressed and tired, I don't THINK!
Yesterday:
B - Protein coffee
Zucchini quiche
S - Greek yogurt w/s-f peach preserves
L - Cheese pizza
S - Pure Protein bar
D - STUPID: Double cheeseburger from McDonald's
S - MORE STUPID: Small slice of coconut cake
Yeah, I know, but in MY mind, two stupids = one very stupid Tia who should know better!!
The really bizarro thing? My scale showed a difference of 4 pounds since YESTERDAY!! I vow to do better today!!!

If you lost 4 pounds, your body may be trying to tell ya something! When I eat more, I tend to lose more...since surgery anyways!

L - boneless pork chop marinated in TJs Island Soyaki Sauce (YUM)
steamed veggies
S - Zone Strawberry protein bar (not bad)
S - watermelon
strawberries
D - a few bites of mexican casserole w/chili
a few pita chips w/hummus (and added protein powder)
a few baked hickory bbq kettle chips
S - greek yogurt w/blueberries and whippage
73 oz. fluids, 82g protein, all but one dose of calcium.
