3 THINGS FOR TUESDAY!
Ugh!! I feel yummy!! Not!! We didn't have any water this a.m., so I couldn't shower, and had to give myself what my Granny called a "ho bath." NUM-YUMMY!
Sorry I wasn't around much yesterday, I've been SWAMPED at work, and expect it to be the same way today and tomorrow. And my brother, God love him, but I'm gonna kill him, rescheduled a softball game for tomorrow night. UGH! I have SO much to do!!
Today, I'm grateful for:
1. Bottled water. Trust me, until you don't have any water, you don't realize how dependent upon water you are!!!
2. That I keep plenty of good eating options here at work. Especially since I didn't leave here until 8:00 last night!
3. That traffic is now fully in summer mode! Thank God!!!
4. Dad's going to the store for me today so I don't have to tomorrow night. He and Mom both did laundry for me, too! I don't know what I'd do without them!

Good Morning all:
Umm Traffic in summer mode : yeah accident on 95 yesterday : 1 hour stuck in traffic
missed my p/t appt: then this morning accident on 695 on the other side of the road
delayed my half an hour : Grrr people please you don't need to stop and look.
Hope work is a little better for you today Tia.

1. Even though I missed p/t I took time to get the oil changed in the car so I am ready
to go Friday Morning,
2. Cramping is easing up : which reminds me I need to make my follow up appt with dr Cy.
3. Tonight I am going to go get a pedicure : because Tia said she doesn't do feet.
4. For my MAC membership : I'm taking Dr Tias advice and taking it easy this week - but I'll be there on that treadmill Monday night

Accidents don't count, because you have them all the time! I was speaking specifically about the traffic volume when traffic is moving! Much lighter!! I don't get the whole rubbernecking thing either - I look to make sure it's not a car I know, and keep on going!
Work is NOT shaping up to be any better. In fact, if possible, even more insane. I'm gonna need more wine at this rate!
I'm glad it's getting better. Hopefully, there won't have to be another time, but if there is, wouldja PWEASE listen to me? And don't take MY advice, but make sure Dr. C said it's okay to begin exercising again!
And no, I don't do feet - that's just gross!!

Today looks like an easy day at work (so far!)
I'm grateful for:
1. A wonderful salad full of protein from Della Rosa's for dinner last night!
2. The walk Pete and I took at the park in Chase. I am not sure which I enjoyed more... the walking, or just being with him. I would like to start walking there on a regular basis.
3. We stopped at the grocery store afterwards last night and I picked up some food for lunches this week to make life easier. Usually we go out to eat and have leftovers from dinner for the following day's lunch. However this being a tight week, we're having easy meals at home the rest of the week with no chance of leftovers.
4. My friends at Dunkin Donuts that always fix my coffee, ensuring I have a great cup of coffee every morning and a smile.
5. Boy shorts-style panties. From never wearing panties because I didn't like the way they always seemed to roll down my belly (pre-surgery) to really enjoying wearing them... I like the way they make me look in clothes. Now that's what I'm talking about! NICE!

Tia, Our shower is out of service right now so I totally sympathize with the whole "ho's bath" lol.

1. for the sunshine. I am going to sit out in the sun this afternoon, and get some natural vitamins.
2. for how fast the scales are moving down. I never thought I would like to step on a scale, but these days I do.
3. that even though i'm going through a very tough time financially and personally, I have a wonderful support system to keep me going.

Morning...that would so suck Tia!! I MUST shower before work in the morning and I MUST wash my hair daily. I'm sure you did that w/your bottled water. LOL!

1. That Mike has decided to quit smoking. Keeping my fingers crossed that he is successful!
2. For downward motion on the scale. I guess I just wasn't eating enough protein as I've been supplementing with 1/2 to 1 protein bar per day...plus having a bowl of greek yogurt w/fresh fruit in the evenings...and down it's going...SLOWLY!
3. Two more working days (after today****il DA BEACH!!! I can just feel that sea breeze blowing through my hair and hear that calming surf as I sit baking in the wonderful sun...ahhhhh. Have I said I CAN'T WAIT?!?!?!?!

Good Afternoon!
I have already been out and about today. And it feels good to get out of the house! I can't believe how fast the weekend is coming - woo-hoo!
Today, I am grateful for...
1 - A good day yesterday - I went to Pilates class last night and also was able to avoid the late night snacking monster for a change. It took me until 2PM to actually fall asleep. But once I did, I stayed there - a vast improvement!
2 - Being Bad - Although I am trying to be careful with my money these days, I whipped out the credit card and got a pedicure today. My feet are just so wacky that it is so much nicer to have someone else do it. I feel so much better now!
3 - A beautiful day and beautiful friends like all of you!
