Yesterday:
B- Greek Yogurt w/ cherry pie filling & vanilla & almond granola
S- Mango
L- Chicken Breast w/ crab imperial
S- beef ravioli
D- Salad w/ shrimp, italian meats & cheese and cheese tortellini over greens
S- Rita's SF Tangerine w/ FF Vanilla Custard

As I was driving home I realized that I hadn't seen this post yesterday and was going to do it when I got home, but forgot!!
Yesterday:
B - the usual greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake
L - small pc. thin crust pizza
1/2 protein bar
S - watermelon and strawberries
D - mexican casserole w/chili
S - greek yogurt w/protein powder, strawberries, and whippage
LNS - skim milk w/splenda
75 oz. fluids, 110g protein, all my vits!
NEXT!!!
