Did he test you for nicotine?

Did he postpone your surgery because of nicotie.

I've completed all of my testing and am waiting for Rose to send in my paperwork to insurance company for approval.

I'm doing cold turkey but not sure how long i've got b4 pre-op and if the nicotine will be out of my body by then.

does anyone know how long it takes b4 nicotine leaves the blood stream?

I'm not a smoker, but a friend who is also had DVR, and I *think* she told me that she had up till a month before the surgery to quit.

I had DVR and yes I was a smoker and yes he does test for nicotin. I quit 2 yrs and 7 months ago!!

DVR did my surgery but i'm a non-smoker.

Barbie is a great source of info and in my experience, she readily answers any questions you may have.
