FRIDAY'S FEED BAG
Good morning!! For the first time in years, I was able to eat pork last night without it feeling like I'd eaten a brick! Of course, I KNOW that doesn't mean it'll be that easy the next time!!!
Yesterday:
B - Protein coffee
Banana
S - Greek yogurt
L - Grilled cheese on 7 grain bread
Salt & vinegar chips
D - Grilled pork chop
S - Baked ricotta with berries
All my fluids, all my vits!!

Ok, TRYING to get back into posting here =)
Yesterday....
B: 1 egg turned into egg salad w/ 1/2 Tbsp light mayo on 1 slice rye bread
L: 1/2 can tuna mixed w/ 1/2 Tbsp light mayo on 4 whole grain crackers & an apple
S: 1 SF mini hershey bar (lame snack)
D: 3 oz. boneless chicken thigh w/ 1/2 cup brown rice topped w/ 98% ff cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup cooked carrots
S: 3/4 of a small wendy's chili
Yesterday....
