3 THINGS FOR FRIDAY!!
Good morning!! TGIF!!! Singing: It's a hap-hap-happy day, my boss has gone away, singing Hey Diddle Diddle, I wanna dance a little, it's a hap-hap-happy day, doot doot!!!!
Lots going on here, so I'll get right to it:
1. 25 years ago today, I started my employed with the State of Maryland. Which means......yep, 5 years to go until I'm eligible to retire!!! WOO-FREAKIN'-HOO!!! I'd gladly trade the pay with some of you employed in the private sector, but I've got stability, enough leave to choke a horse and great bennies!!
2. See my Song of the Day!!! I'm hoping, since everyone else is leaving early today, that they'll tell me to leave, too!
3. B saw the allergist yesterday and got GREAT news!! No more allergy shots!!! He is so happy, he was like a pig in mud yesterday!! The "shot ladies" as he calls them, remarked that they'd NEVER seen him smile so much!!! The doctor also said that his asthma seems to be improving, and although he's in the lower percentile of height due to some growth stunting and appetite suppressant meds, he's doing really well. For the next month, he can cut back to one breathing treatment a day, and then discontinue them altogether!! Of course, we had to stop at Mickey D's for an ice cream for him to celebrate!!!
4. T-6 DAYS AND COUNTING TILL DA BEACH!!

Good Morning all
T- Happy anniversary and 5 years to retirement day LOL
1. Although I did take the day off yesterday I am feeling great after the ablation Wednesday!
2. For my parents : Yes they drove me nuts over wanting me to take off till Monday but they
were wonderful Wednesday and yesterday : Mom played Taxi driver yesterday so Cuddles
got groomed, I got groomed and My dad got groomed as well. I did sneak out while
they were napping : I needed to et to the bank and wanted to get Mom some flowers-
I was gone 20 minutes before they realized I was gone LOL - Mom was all ready to
blast me when I got home till she saw the flowers LOL If you all could have seen her
face: as the Mastercard commercial says "Priceless"
3. stealing Tia's # 3 : 6 days to the beach : even though no swimming for me
I just wanna chill with my friends. I'm tending to agree with Tia that the wii
will not be needed so I am gonna leave it home.
4. That its FRIDAY!!!!!

I am SO glad it was relatively easy for you, Darla. Mine was, too, and of course, I'd hoped yours would be as well. It helps that we have a GREAT gyn!!! Never mind that she looks and sounds like a 12 year old!!!
I'm also glad that you let your Mom and Dad coddle you - you deserve it and it made them feel useful, too.
Even though you're feeling great, DON'T overdo it!!!

LOL Dr Cyzeski does look young doesn't she : Mom really liked her as well - gave me the
opportunity to remind Mom she really should still get a pap smear : I think she will.
Oh they Coddled me plenty believe me : this morning I thought - Great I got out of the
house without them knowing it : I backed out of the driveway and the cell was riniging!
I won't over do it : in fact I may leave a bit early : I have a bit to catch up on but
I should have that done by 2:00
1. That I am also going to the beach tonight and have off Monday so it will be a 3 day weekend. My friend is going with me. It will give me a little extra time to make sure I have everything in place for next week.
2. My boss is off today so I don't have to be too careful about being on the internet as much.
3. I, too, am very excited about our trip to the beach next week.
Cool! So you can play with us more today!!! I'll see what trouble I can dig up!
Have fun at the beach! I THINK I heard that tomorrow's weather is supposed to be yuck, but my fave saying goes, "A bad day at the beach is better than a good day at work!"

I am glad everyone seems happy today. let's hope that continues!
Today, I am grateful for....
1 - Getting the interview behind me and feeling hopeful for the future.
2 - That the sun is shining even if for a little while.
3 - That the beach trip is coming up fast - Wahooo!!!! I am so looking forward to this!
I will be in and out today. I have a number of things I want to accomplish. So I am not so sure how often I will be online.

Yay! It's Friday! Fridayfridayfridayfriday!!!!!
Three things this time!
1. I'm off tonight - YAY! Will probably be the only Friday night I have off ever! So I want to maximize it!
2. Hubby's out of town until late tonight - he's setting up at MIR for the Pinks race. He's also out of town tomorrow - so I get to sleep in until I have to go to work at 5:00 tomorrow. The less he's in my hair, the better I rest. I love him, don't get me wrong - but I'm tired! I would rather sleep!
3. Though my father has been gone 5 years, I am grateful that although he was a very imperfect father, that we had the relationship we did. I miss him dearly, but sense him sometimes.
