Okay, I feel myself slipping into a food rut!  Hopefully, today's lunch out will take me out of that!

Yesterday:

B - Protein coffee
      Baked ricotta with berries

S - Greek yogurt

L - Chicken Caesar salad

S - Watermelon and canteloupe

D - Crab cake
      Sliced tomatoes

S - Cream cheese & chive Wheat Thins

All my fluids, all my vits!

mid evening snack - can of vienna sausages (during break at work)

I find myself in food ruts for at least a few days every week!

B - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake
  

L - beef stew   S - watermelon, strawberries, blueberries  

D - chili  

S - yogurt mixed with protein powder w/strawberries and blueberries  

72 oz. fluids, 93g protein, all my vits!!!
