As you guys know, I was worried about my appointment with DVR yesterday.....Well it went great!!!! He said that at this point I should have lost 15% of my body fat and I have lost 29%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, I worried for nothing........just like everyone told me!!!!!! I am learning......you guys are my best support and source of information. I thank each and everyone of you for listening to me whine and vent.....Thank you!!!!
