I have an appt 6-23-09 with Averbachs dietitian. should be the last step until surgery and pre-ops.

Thats good news.  I have the same doctor and the NUT there is nice she can give you a lot of info and some samples.

Well it aint done yet, psych eval is done, gall bladder is done, I see nut tuesday evening. Talked to my endo last week, I hope it continues this smoothly, but Mr Murphy will pop out at some point.

Mr. Murphy may not necessarily "pop" out - that sounds almost x-rated!!! 

I literally had NO problems with approval, processing, etc., so maybe you'll get as lucky!!!

Hang in there!!  Lots of hoops to jump through, and after this, everything else you'll have done will be a piece of cake (sugar free)!!
