Good morning!!  What's everyone eating?

Yesterday:

B - Protein coffee
      Broccoli/cheese crustless quiche

L - Greek yogurt with berries

S - Banana

D - Crab cake
      Sliced tomatoes

S - nsa ice cream sandwich

All my fluids, all my vits!

I had posted this on Tuesdays!  I'm all discombobulated!

Yesterday:

B-  almonds
L-  ham, chicken and rf colby jack cheese wrap (wrapped with a light flat out- sun dried tomato)

S-  Flax seed and soy tortilla chips with cheese and jalapenos

D-  1/2 of a small Wendy's Chili and Cheese

all my vits!  96 oz of fluid (apparently I was very thirsty!)

I am eating food...

Yesterday... 

B - Cabbage Roll - brought lots home from my Grandma's!

S - Sausage Patty from McD - not a great choice, but....

L - HC Salisbury steak and a few bites of potato

S - Rest of the Salisbury Steak and a few carrots

D - Insides of a steak stromboli blotted to get rid of grease - ick!

58 oz of my fluids, all my vits.

I miss you guys!!! Gotta get more online time,  I can't wait for spring to be over!!

Tuesday

I'm pre-op but practicing!

B - UNJURY shake (mixed using a Norpro mini battery op mixer - it rocks!)

L - 3 oz salami lunchmeat

D - Crab dip on tiny french bread slices (best I could do at the baseball game, LOL)

My usual gallon of water
All vitamins

I know I need more protein!  :)
When someone says "My heart needs lifting..."

S - 1/2 triple chocolate power crunch bar

S - watermelon (I can eat A LOT of this)
      canteloupe
      blueberries

D - homemade beef stew, sans potatoes

S - chocolate chip carmel cookie

LNS - skim milk w/splenda

72 oz. fluids, 95g protein, all my vits!!!

I can, too.  I guess cause the watermelon basically dissolves. 

I think Deb and I will stop at a produce stand and bring watermelon, canteloupe and strawberries to bring to the beach.

Yesterday for me was:

Before Breakfast: Protein Coffee

Breakfast: Breyers blueberry yogurt!! 

Snack: Red seedless grapes

Lunch: Baked beans and chicken breast

Dinner: Fish (34 grams protein) and corn

Snack: Apple

All vitamins and only 56 ounces of fluid. Yikes! lol
