Weight Gain

I make a 20 oz. shake using the following:

1 c. greek yogurt
1/4-1/2 c. almond milk
1/2 to 1 scoop protiein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
5-6 lg. frozen strawberries (or a medium banana or some pineapple....or any fruit really)
splenda to taste

The greek yogurt cuts the flavor of the whey and adds a bunch of protein!!

YUM!  This is my breakfast pretty much every morning!

I was thinking about whatever happened to you and decided to look you up.
I have been MIA and just came back a few weeks ago.

How are you doing now? Did the scale move for you?

Hi Cira,

Yep the scale has moved and I have decided I have to excersise to stay at the weight I want to be...in the 160's

I haven't been on the boards in ages, is that bad?  I am so tired from work etc and on the computer all day that I never want to play on it at home....LOL

I have been thinking about you lately, really because I drive through Charlestown every weekend (along 340) to go and see my BF in VA and I pass a few housing developments and wonder which one is yours...LOL

How is Charlestown????  How is your hubby doin? I hope all you little sweeties are doing well!
