Thanks for doing this Boxer!!!

Yesterday:

B - Baked ricotta with berries and whippage

L - Crustless broccoli/cheese quiche

S - Popcorn

D - 2 chicken strips from Checkers, tossed salad  (I'm so proud of me! I knew we were going to have Checker's because it was a game night, but since I had a little extra time, I went to the salad bar at Giant and got a big salad for me and K to share.  Normally, I'd just get fries for everyone, but this was a MUCH better option!)

S - 1/2 crabcake

All my fluids, all my vits!!

Here's what I got for yesterday:  Wasn't feeling good

B - Coffee
S - 2 pretzel sticks
L - 1/2 cup of shrimp corn chowder
S - sesame crackers & p/b
D - 1 hamburger (no bun)

Yesterday:

I was all out of whack from blood work in the AM!

B-  Cheese and triscuits

L-  Nachos w/ Flaxseed chips

D-  Arby's Chicken Fajita wrap (Dogs got most of the bread part and some ofthe turkey.)
