MONDAY'S FEED BAG
Friday seems so long ago, I should just post what I ate yesterday! It's funny, I was SOOO busy over the weekend, and even though I had movie popcorn on Saturday and some other not so good stuff, my scale still showed a move for the positive! Yay!! Clearly, for me, exercise and keeping my mind and body occupied is the key!

B - Protein coffee
Baked ricotta with berries
L - Chili
2 crab nachos
D - 2 grilled chicken tacos
All my fluids, all my vits!

Phew...I'm gonna do Friday too because yesterday was a bunch of not horrible, but not so great choices. And I'm not gonna do it as B, L, D because none if it worked out that way with the Relay.

2 greek yogurt/strawberry-banana protein shakes
1/2 Oh Wow protein bar
1 Power Crunch protein bar
Famous Dave's pulled pork bbq and cole slaw
a ton of fluids!! and some walking...

B- corned beef hash and scrambled eggs
L - leftover chicken that should have been in the trash, but was resurrected with Tony Chamanga's and water
D - hubby baked dinner!!!!!!!!! Some Oven Stuffer and some rice and tomatoes.
Dessert - NSA double strawberry ice cream.
