FRIDAY FEED BAG
Gotta be accountable and since I don't journal anymore, this is all I've got.
Yesterday:
B - greek yogurt/banana protein shake
S - fresh strawberries, watermelon and canteloupe
L - chicken enchisagna
S - 1/2 protein bar
1 square choklat bar
D - greek yogurt w/cherries, strawberries, and protein powder
LNS - skim milk w/ splenda
75 oz. fluids, 80g protein, all my vits.
NEXT!!!
Yesterday:

Yesterday I had.....
B - Aunt Jemima bacon/cheese scrambled eggs with apple bits and hash browns - only ate half of it.
L - the leftover KFC mashed potato bowl
D - Pure Protein Bar (didn't have time to stop home for food)
Late Dinner - leftover greens and a half tomato with the creole seasoning.
I did all of my vitamins and had my 80 ounces before going to JCP last night - where I drank yet another 20 ounces.
