so mad right now

I jsut want to cry, i called insurance company they said they have no approval for vanguri and then i called him the nurse said I havent gotten the letter back yet to send it so here i am pissed and just wanting to cry and just give the hell up been 3 damn weeks now

you know it seems like everything that can go wrong will go wrong, im calling again tuesday, friday and monday then wednesday lol and so on till they get it done , im tired of the bull you know i want to have this done before winter and have two offices to clear up before i do go in like damn people its not like your not making money here i need to adjust too

I'm REALLY sorry.  I'd call them back and ask the nurse to call YOU when the letter is sent.  Follow up every 2-3 days.

I completely understand.  I went through all the hoops and insurance requirements they said were necessary and then they sent it in and the insurance wanted 3 more things done.  I could have had them done if I knew they were necessary.  Delayed me by a month.

Hang in there, be persistent and DONT GIVE UP!
