Need Some Advice.........
I know I have been missing for a while.....but I have been severely depressed. I came home from the hospital and everything was great .....feeling good and losing weight. And now..... I am one month out and have been at a stall for 2 weeks. Nothing has changed my eating habits are the same (some days are harder to get all my fluids in) my exercise is not the best but I am moving everyday. So, my stall has made me depressed. I'm questioning everything that I put near my mouth. I am back to wanting only fluids and popscicles!!! How can I break this stall? Is it normal to stall this soon? Thanks!!
So sorry that you are depressed. unfortunately it is very normal to stall. the key is to keep eating alot of protein. you may not be eating enough or eating enough protein. they say 60-80 but i find 100-120 works alot better in terms of grams of protein. up your protein and at least get 8 glasses of water in. if you starve yourself, you will just hurt yourself so DO NOT do that.
ok you need to try to stomach something sweetie. do mushies if you have to. make chicken or tuna salad and eat that. if you dont get enough protein you are going to lose your hair, start feeling like crap and won't lose as consistantly. try two protein drinks and try to get some chicken or tuna in. or fish anything. if you like soy, there are tons of soy products out there as well. i personally can't stand those whey bullets. taste horrible to me but maybe it will work for you.
