weight loss?????

What is going on with me.  Im really starting to worry.  I havnt lost any weight in about 2 weeks.  I havnt changed eating habits or anything, although i do feel like i can eat more now then before.  I see most people at about 60 pounds by there 3 month mark and i am 2 days away from 3 months and am only down about 42.  Is there something wrong with me?  Are these slow periods normal?\

Jen   Don't Worry  they are normal;  It happens to everyone-  one  day you will get on the scale
and see a couple lbs. gone .  Don't freak out.  Try uping your protein or exercise more.

I only lose one week of each month.  It's completely normal and you are fine.  :)  Most people haven't lost any certain amount at that mark.  :)  Your body will do what it wants to do.  All you can do is do everything you are supposed to do.  It will pass!

no comparing your weight loss to others!!! Everyone's body is different and so is their metabolism. I needed more changes in my diet and excercise more frequently than others I know to stop the plateaus.

Nothing's wrong with you. Change something up. Increase your protein intake. Start walking at a time of day you didn't walk before. anything to jolt your body out of complacence.

Good luck! you have come far and you'll go even further :)

I'll second (or third or fourth) upping your protein and fluid intake.  It works for me every time!
