weight loss?????
What is going on with me. Im really starting to worry. I havnt lost any weight in about 2 weeks. I havnt changed eating habits or anything, although i do feel like i can eat more now then before. I see most people at about 60 pounds by there 3 month mark and i am 2 days away from 3 months and am only down about 42. Is there something wrong with me? Are these slow periods normal?\

no comparing your weight loss to others!!! Everyone's body is different and so is their metabolism. I needed more changes in my diet and excercise more frequently than others I know to stop the plateaus.
Nothing's wrong with you. Change something up. Increase your protein intake. Start walking at a time of day you didn't walk before. anything to jolt your body out of complacence.
