Weekend Warblings

I spent the day with Mom -- we went and had our hair done then picked up a friend
of hers and went to a strawberry festival at the Augsburg  home.

We had lunch, strawberries & icecream ( YUM) then visited a friend of
Moms who lives there and had a terrible fall this week.  She will be 94
in July and lost her balance and fell onto her bed- bounced off that and hit her
head on her nightstand -- her whole face is black and blue along with both
her arms.  She seemed cheered up by our visit.

After that we came home picked up Dad and since he had not eaten
went out and got a bite to eat. 

All in all a good day :  not food wise though  - it was all good but I really over ate.

Hey Nessa!  Little chicken says HI!!!  We had a playdate with some friends and their son on Friday night and they had Wii Fit.  Needless to say we are HOOKED and went to Costco Saturday to buy it.  Kylie loved it and it'll be our at home low impact exercise for now.  Saw your posting from the other day.  I hope you are feeling better; hang in there!
