THURSDAY'S FEED BAG
Well.... (deep breath.... here it is )
Yesterday:
B- Greek Yogurt w/ SF Blackberry Jam
S- 2.5 servings of Seneca's Apple Chips ... but really there was ONLY one serving in the bag.. I tested the theory!
L- Salad with a chicken strip and ranch dressing
S- 1" slice of carrot cake
(and then.... )
1 shimmy slice of chocolate cake
(and then....)
a 1" long dollop of chocolate icing left on the cardboard (sigh)
S-Driving home - cheese wedge
D- 1/4 bbq baby back ribs
6 french fries
S- SF Mint Choco Chip I/C
Today I WILL be better! (runs and hides from all the bad foods )
NEXT!
B- Strawberry RTD Protein Shake
L - a whole ring of Jello Parfait (the salad bar didn't have any jello and I wanted cold jello!)
D - Outback Curb Side Takeaway 8 ounce prime rib, bushman's shrooms - took me an hour to eat all of that, whew! (And would you believe that last year, I used to be able to eat the 16 ounce prime rib, mixed vegetables, loaded baked potato and a house salad - and eat an entire loaf of bread in one sitting and have room for dessert?)
S - none - was still full!
All my fluids and all my vitamins

S - strawberry cheesecake muffin (made with greek yogurt to add more protein)
D - homemade cheeseburger sans bun w/ 2T homemade coleslaw
S - greek yogurt, blueberries, whippage
LNS - skim milk w/splenda
strawberry cheesecake muffin (not at the same time)
82 oz. fluids, 103g protein, all my vits
NEXT!!!
