Hey Everyone : I am terrible about tracking my protein/water/carb intake.
A coworker heard about this website and I am going to give it a try : Its www.411fit.com
You put in your height/weight and if you want to maintain/build muscle/ or lose weight.
I put in what I had for breakfast/lunch/and snacks so far today as well as
how much fluids.
