I'm right there with you Lisa. It is just so darn hard. We will have a support group meeting that weekend at the beach. I can't wait to meet you.

I'm open for any kind although the crab does sound yummy. I will try to think of a wls friendly dish to make also.

BTW...I don't think we are going to drink 10 or 11 cases of water....or are we?

BTW, for some good wls recipes, check out www.bariatriceating.com and go under health and nutrition (I think).  I'm gonna try the baked ricotta with berries this weekend!

And I ALWAYS have a case of water with me in my car - I have to, considering I drink 8-10 bottles a day!!  LOL!!!!

Okay.........looks like it's time to establish some ground rules:

1. No clipping of any nails will be done by anyone but the nail owners.

2. No plucking of any hairs will be done by anyone but the hair owners.

3. NO PICTURES WILL BE POSTED ON ANY SITES WITHOUT EXPRESS WRITTEN PERMISSION.

4. Each loser is responsible for their own s/f apple drink mix.  Sharing is acceptable, hoarding is expected and stealing is punishable by having said pictures of said plucked hairs posted.

I tend to be an apple or nothing girl.  Kmart (if anyone besides me and Boxer ever go there), has its own brand of bottled s/f drinks - I THINK they're called America's Choice and they have a pretty good cherry-limeade in a HUGE bottle for next to nothing.  Next time I get there, I'll try to get one so you can try it out!

Addtional rule (we can add them as necessary!) - No tweezing in Tia's car.  Okay?  That's just gross!!!  It's like flicking boogies at the windshield at stoplights!
