B - greek yogurt/strawberry protein smoothie

S - Danactive yogurt shot

L - 1 oz. grilled chicken
      1/2 c. TJs three bean salad
      two pieces sliced mango

D - 2 small pieces TJs thin crust pizza
       watermelon (too much!!)

LNS - skim milk w/ splenda

82 oz. fluids, 68g protein, all my vits

Yesterday...

B - Swiss Cheese (weird mood)

L - Frozen something that I can't remember so it must have sucked!

D - Salisbury Steak - I loved these as a kid!!! I haven't had one since I moved out of my mom's when I was 17...  I now know why they taste so good!!  190 calories in ONE and only 9 grams of
proten... won't be that too often *grins*

S - Handful of almonds
