I LOVE this time of year - the summer fruits are starting to come in!! I LOVE watermelon and cantaloupe!!!!! Yum, nature's candy!!!! LOL!! If fruits and veggies had protein, I'd be good!!!

B - Protein coffee
S - S/f Mock Rice Pudding
L - Crab quiche

D - Crab salad (Light mayo, Old Bay)
S - NSA Strawberry swirl ice cream

Sure, they are from Trader Joe's and are called Manitaropita. It is seasoned mushrooms in a white wine sauce wrapped in phillo dough. They are fairly small. The stats for one are:

I'm not doing well lately. I'm binging and not proud of it.
B- coffee and chili cheese omelet
S- 1 cheese wedge
S- 2 hershey's kisses
L- tuna fish and salad
S- 2 servings of salted cashews
D- 2-3 oz. porterhouse steak, pork & beans w/ jalapenos and greek style green beans
S- 1 slice of pound cake with NSA Vanilla ice cream, fresh strawberries, SF Chocolate syrup & Reddiwhip

I am still afraid to try fruit...
But on a good note, I am down another 12 lbs since May 14th... I need at least 3 more pounds to feel satisfied with where I am before June 11th... I am on the right path I think! AND I have gotten all my fluids and vits for a few days in a row now *grins*

B - Chick Fil A Chicken and Egg breakfast Burrito minus the burrito and peppers/onions. (Yes I totally dissected it after getting to work!)
L- Frozen dinner - Stuffers Honey Chicken w/Scalloped Potatoes which I ate two bites of...
S - 2 oz grilled chicken leftovers...
D - 2 homeade chicken tenders and baked beans
S - 8 vanilla flavored almonds (would not have bought had I seen they were vanilla, but the are good!)
All my fluids and vits :)
