Does anyone know . . .
You can try to find out through a consultation with a surgeon. I would think the consultations would be free.
I am hoping that by the time I am ready to have surgery - there'll be studies where the docs are looking for guinea pigs for a reduced cost........... :)
In the meantime, I hear scotch tape works wonders - it's invisible and doesn't tear wrapping paper!

Well, I won't pander to you and tell you I don't think you need one, because what matters is what YOU think!!
I'm with Candy - I would guess most consults would be free. If you don't feel comfortable asking in a room full of people about your insurance, I'm sure there'll be a number where you can call to check.
Again, though, you might want to check with a PS first to see specifically what procedures he/she recommends.
Hugs,
T
