MONDAY'S FEED BAG
You know, I wonder what it is about the weekend that I feel like I can eat what I want? I hate that, and need to get into some sort of routine. I'm okay in the morning with a protein shake or Greek yogurt, but it's like after that, it's a free for all!!! Very frustrating!!!!
Friday:
B - Power Crunch Peanut Butter Creme bar
L - Slice of cheese pizza, two bites of fruit salad, one bite of brownie
S - Power Crunch Peanut Butter Creme bar
D - Chicken tacos
All my fluids (including the ones that soaked into my skin from the rain in DC!), and all my vits!!
Next!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
P.S. Yesterday's crustless quiche was crab, shredded Muenster cheese and onions - YUM!!! Mom said too much cheese, but IS there such a thing?
I also made a yummy high protein Mock Rice Pudding that a friend PM'd to me. Let me know if you want the recipe!!

D - Leftover G & M Crabcake
Dessert - NSA Double Strawberry Icecream
2nd Dessert - Smores Protein Bar by Pure Protein
130 ounces of fluids at a minimum - all of my vitamins.
For some reason I drink more fluids on the weekends chasing the hunger monster away - SIGH
