I know it can be frustrating as it is your health and the most important issue that you are probably dealing with right now. Now breathe. It's a good thing that you checked. Now make sure that you follow up. You are not your only dr.s patient and as important as it is to you, they must complete their other cases as well. Give them a day and check again. Ask them when they think they will be able to complete and send the information, document the information. Then check with the insurance company to make sure they got everything. If not, call the dr.s office again. . . . Get my drift. Make yourself known, without being INFAMOUS. I did this and then even got the office ladies a special gift for the day of my surgery. A little sweet makes the bitter go down so much easier.
