damndamndamn

well today is two weeks since i went todoc to get aurthorization done, so i called last night to find out about it guess what she said? HE HAD NOT EVEN DONE IT YET I AM PISSED I GOT SO MAD I SAID WHAT THE HELL IS HE WAITING FOR? AND DIDNT GO FOR HES BUSY I SAID ALL HE HAS TO DO IS TALK INTO A DAMN MACHINE AND SEND IT TO BE TYPED WHAT THE HELL I WANT THIS DONE BY JULY SHE SAID SHE WOULD GET BACK TO ME ERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Oh my this sounds crazy. I hope that this gets resolved for you quickly. I know you have been waiting. Why are docs like this? Good luck to you in this madness...

im not feeling good today either been sick since tuesday but here i sit at work sent on guy home looked like **** but only got like 2.5 hours left so i sit and wait ok

I know it can be frustrating as it is your health and the most important issue that you are probably dealing with right now.  Now breathe.  It's a good thing that you checked.  Now make sure that you follow up.  You are not your only dr.s patient and as important as it is to you, they must complete their other cases as well.  Give them a day and check again.  Ask them when they think they will be able to complete and send the information, document the information.  Then check with the insurance company to make sure they got everything.  If not, call the dr.s office again.  . . . Get my drift.  Make yourself known, without being INFAMOUS.  I did this and then even got the office ladies a special gift for the day of my surgery.  A little sweet makes the bitter go down so much easier.

I went through the same damn thing. Now I've been waiting another week for the peer to peer to take place. It's frustrating!!! I understand they have other patients, but damn does it take that much effort?? If I treated my own job this way I'd be fired.
