Whatcha eating?  I didn't prep as much as I normally do, therefore, for the past two days, I've had to go out to buy lunch.  My wallet doesn't like that!!!!

Yesterday:

B - Protein coffee

S - Graham crackers/pb

L - Chicken Caesar Salad\

S - Trail Mix

D - 2 grilled chicken tacos (but the guts of 3)

All my fluids, all my vits!

Yesterday....

B - Protein Bar

L - Chicken Wrap from Wend'ys minus the wrap

D - Hooter's Kids Burger minus everything in including the bun and baked beans


All my fluids, all my vits!  (At least one good report - besides no snacking which kept my calories into a reasonable amount with eating out!)

Yesterday:

No exercise (YUCK)

B - 2 cups of coffee (haven't been hungry for the past couple of days - which is a good thing)

L - Salad w/imitation crab and turkey & a banana
(don't know what happened after that?  I dumped)

D - 6" subway sand, 1/2 the bread

S - smoked almonds.

You could've just been extra-sensitive to the natural sugars in the banana.  I usually eat mine with pb - maybe just a schmear of that would prevent it the next time.

I ate in the car every meal yesterday.  I had to drive two hours each way to Elkridge for work to pick up food and bedding.  Then I get home unpack it all and turn around to drive nearly back where I was to Glen Burnie for the support group meeting!  I know I ate badly!  :(

B-  Cocoa roasted almonds

L-  cheese and triscuits

D-  Cheese, triscuits, a pickle and cocoa roasted almonds

All my vits!  Not all my fluids!  :(

WOW!!  I feel your pain, though.  All in all, it wasn't too bad, but like me, you're so busy that it would help if you could pack some things to keep with you in a small cooler - hardboiled eggs, yogurt, etc.

At least you weren't stopping at fast food places!!!!

Today should be better.  :)

I used to always stop at Arby's when I made that trip!  It's weird not to stop there anymore!

Just got back from the Ocean after an extended Memorial weekend. I actually did well. We stayed in Frontier Town in a cabin w/ fridge and microwave. I even got in all my fluids!!! Yay me!

B - WC oatmeal w/ half banana

L - half hamburger and sf broccoli salad

D - half flatbread pizza (Green Turtle)

S- almonds

S - cheese & crackers

All my vits, all my fluids!

What a blast from the past!!  I haven't been to Frontier Town for SOOOOO long!!!  Glad you had fun!

I wasn't feeling food much yesterday and was trying to go with comfort type foods so I didn't get in as much protein as usual.

Yesterday:

B - greek yogurt/strawberry protein smoothie

L - TJs lentil vegetable soup

S - mini rice cakes w/pb

D - TJs 3-bean salad

S - s/f pudding

LNS - skim milk w/splenda

92 oz. fluids, 71g protein, all my vits (YAY)

NEXT!!!
