THE FEED BAG
Whatcha eating? I didn't prep as much as I normally do, therefore, for the past two days, I've had to go out to buy lunch. My wallet doesn't like that!!!!
Yesterday:
B - Protein coffee
S - Graham crackers/pb
L - Chicken Caesar Salad\
S - Trail Mix
D - 2 grilled chicken tacos (but the guts of 3)
All my fluids, all my vits!
NEXT!!
Yesterday:
No exercise (YUCK)
B - 2 cups of coffee (haven't been hungry for the past couple of days - which is a good thing)
L - Salad w/imitation crab and turkey & a banana
(don't know what happened after that? I dumped)
D - 6" subway sand, 1/2 the bread
S - smoked almonds.

I ate in the car every meal yesterday. I had to drive two hours each way to Elkridge for work to pick up food and bedding. Then I get home unpack it all and turn around to drive nearly back where I was to Glen Burnie for the support group meeting! I know I ate badly! :(

Just got back from the Ocean after an extended Memorial weekend. I actually did well. We stayed in Frontier Town in a cabin w/ fridge and microwave. I even got in all my fluids!!! Yay me!

D - half flatbread pizza (Green Turtle)

B - greek yogurt/strawberry protein smoothie
L - TJs lentil vegetable soup
S - mini rice cakes w/pb
D - TJs 3-bean salad
S - s/f pudding
LNS - skim milk w/splenda
92 oz. fluids, 71g protein, all my vits (YAY)
